Chris is onsite often, managing construction and overseeing every detail of the community’s transformation. He coordinates contractors, home installs, and ensures each project is completed to a high standard.

Property Management

Meagan is the friendly face of Harbor Landing, leading both property management and home sales. She works closely with residents, handles day-to-day operations, and guides new buyers through the homeownership process. Her dedication ensures the community runs smoothly and that every new resident feels right at home.

Your Path to Owning at Harbor Landing

   Meet one of our staff members and walk the homes.

2. Pick Your Home & Site
   Choose the site location that fits you best

3. Community Application
   Simple background and credit check to make sure it’s a good fit.

4. Lending Application
   Apply with our partner bank. We help you with the paperwork.

5. Get Approved
   Decision in less than 3 days for most applicants

6. Close in 3–6 Weeks & Move In
   We help you through the remainder of the lending process every step of the way.
