Community Rules

All residents are required to follow these rules
Residents will be required to sign the rules when leases are renewed
Vehicles on Vacant Sites – DEADLINE TO REMOVE
Vehicles may NOT be parked on vacant sites
ALL vehicles must be moved off vacant sites by: 👉 TOMORROW 1/8 at 5:00 PM
Yard Clean-Up Required
Please clean up your homesite:
Remove items from yards
Store belongings in a shed, or neatly stack items behind your home, out of view from the street
Please do not leave loose items scattered out in the yard
To help with clean-up:
There will be a dumpster at Lot 14 available for all residents to use to get sites cleaned up. It will be there for 10 days.
Tree Work Starting This Friday 1/9
Tree trimming and removal will start this Friday 1/9
Tree work will continue later in the month. They are moving clockwise through the community.
If there are specific trees near your home that you believe should be removed or addressed, please call or text us as soon as possible. 269-235-9015
Rule Enforcement
Violations begin in 2 weeks 1/21. It’s a 5 strike policy. Two text messages, then three write ups.
This gives everyone time to come into compliance
