Harbor Landing - Road Project Starting 3/31

Dear Residents,

We will be re paving the roads at 210 Rainbow Drive in two weeks. There will be completely new asphalt throughout.

Timing:
Work is expected to take place March 31 through April 9. We will confirm the final dates at the end of next week. We are also re paving the parking pads on each homesite.

Next Week:
Chris and the contractor will be on your homesite to mark out your new parking pad.

What to Expect:

• More construction traffic

• Noise and heavy equipment

• Delays getting in and out at times

• Limited parking near your home

Please:

• Drive slowly and watch for crews

• Follow all signs and instructions

• Do not park in work areas

We know this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. These improvements will make the community better for everyone.
